1. Reservations and Booking
• All reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized partners.

2. Pricing and Payment
• Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking or upon service completion, depending on the arrangement.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and authorized payment methods.
• Additional fees may apply for tolls, parking, gratuities, waiting time, or special requests.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in a full charge for the service.
4. Flight Delays and Changes
• For airport transfers, Supreme Lane monitors your flight status to accommodate delays or early arrivals.
• Clients are required to provide accurate flight information at the time of booking.
• Additional waiting charges may apply if the client is delayed beyond a reasonable grace period after flight arrival.
5. Waiting Time
• A complimentary waiting period applies depending on the service type (e.g., 15 minutes for airport pickups).
• Beyond this, waiting time will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
6. Conduct and Safety
• Passengers must comply with all safety regulations, including the use of seat belts.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the vehicles.
• Supreme Lane reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a ride if passenger behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
7. Luggage and Personal Items
• Clients are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.
• Supreme Lane is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of items left in the vehicle.
8. Pets
• Only service animals are permitted unless otherwise approved in advance.
9. Liability
• Supreme Lane is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Our liability for any service-related claims is limited to the amount paid for the transportation service.

• We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
