  • How do you ensure cleanliness and safety in your vehicles?

    Our fleet undergoes rigorous cleaning and maintenance protocols before and after every ride, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for all passengers. 

  • Can I request special amenities for my ride?

    Yes! We’re happy to accommodate special requests to make your journey even more enjoyable. Whether you need bottled water, refreshments, a specific music playlist, or any other amenities, please let

    We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance, especially for special events or busy dates, to ensure availability and the best selection of vehicles. 

  • Are pets allowed in the vehicles?

    For the comfort and safety of all passengers, pets are generally not permitted unless they are service 

    animals. Please contact us in advance to discuss any special arrangements.

  • Can I pay by credit card or other payment methods?

    Yes, we accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payments. Payment is typically processed at the time of booking or after the ride, depending on the service agreement.

  • Is gratuity included in the price?

    Gratuity is not included by default but is always appreciated by our chauffeurs for exceptional service. You may tip based on your satisfaction. 

  • Are child car seats available?

    Yes, upon request, we can provide appropriate child safety seats to ensure compliance with local regulations and your child’s safety. 

  • What if I’m running late for my pickup?

    Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate a delay. We can often adjust the pickup time, but excessive delays may result in additional charges. 

  • Do you offer hourly or flat-rate pricing?

    We offer both options depending on your needs — hourly charters for sightseeing or events, and flat-rate pricing for airport transfers or point-to-point rides. 

  • Can I request a specific driver?

     If you have a preferred chauffeur from a previous ride, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
